工作职责
Master sales processes and related systems.
Support sales to manage channel business quotation in ASEAN, including:
Receive business opportunities from business partners.
Create quotation in system and send it to partners.
Register channel business opportunities in system and update progress on time.
Support sales on documents preparation.
Manage function email id to answer customer’s questions.
Drive related teams to close operations within SLA.
Timely update the in processing deals status.
职位需求
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Experience:
-At least 3 years sales support or operations related experience.
-At least 2 years experience in Salesforce and SAP systems.
-Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point office software.
-Server HW or SW related knowledge will be a plus.
Language:
-Fluency in English.
-Japanese will be a plus.
Requirements also include:
Must be self-motivated, collaborative team environment, must exhibit a positive and professional
attitude, and pay attention to detail
Strong sense of customer service orientation
Bid management experience will be a plus
