工作职责
Assist sellers on daily operations.
Assist sellers to complete in-company sales process, including Quotation, Contract,
Order processes, and also prepare necessary documents to meet customer’s requirement.
Cooperate with internal teams to shorten the above related processes turnaround time.
Drive internal teams to resolve any issues in daily operations.
Provide the support to business partners for all inquires till the resolution.
Closely working with internal and external teams to close out the issues from business partners
or end users within SLA.
Proactive support the customers with timely manner
职位需求：
Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Experience: 1 -3 Years sales support or operations related experience.
Language: Fluency in Japanese, read and write level in English
Requirements also include:
Must be self-motivated, collaborative team environment, must exhibit a positive and
professional attitude, and pay attention to detail
Strong sense of customer service orientation
Process improvement and reporting/excel skills will be a plus
